Paul Gives Thanks for Partners in the Gospel
Some people make the work of sharing the Gospel feel deeply shared. Paul remembers the Philippians with affection, and their partnership becomes a reason for joyful prayer.

Paul thanks God for believers who have shared in the Gospel’s work from the beginning. He expresses confidence in God’s continuing work among them and prays for their love to grow with knowledge and discernment, bearing fruit through Jesus Christ.
Turn partnership into particular prayer
Think of the people with whom you learn Scripture, serve your church, or share the good news of Jesus. Name them before God with gratitude.
Pray for something deeper than a smooth schedule. Ask for growing love, wisdom, integrity, and attention to the people they serve.
If you work alongside them, consider one responsibility you can carry well this week. Clear communication and reliable follow-through can support the work you share.
You might also send a specific word of encouragement about something you appreciate. Keep Jesus at the center of your thanks: He is the Savior you proclaim and the source of the grace in which you serve together.
A prayer
Father, thank You for those who share the work of the Gospel. Grow our love with wisdom and understanding. Help us serve faithfully together, and bring fruit through Jesus that honors You and cares well for people. Amen.
