ORDER QUESTIONS

How do I track my order?
Thank you so much for your order! We ship all orders on Tuesdays.
Orders placed by 8:00 AM CST on Tuesday will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Tuesday.

All orders are shipped from Bellville, Texas 77418. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. You can use that tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please note: The tracking information we receive is the same as what’s available to you via the carrier’s website.


Can you change my order before it ships?
We totally understand that mistakes happen, but we’re unable to make changes or add items once your order is placed. Thank you for understanding!


What’s your exchange or refund policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed after May 25, 2018, with the exception of defective items or shipping errors. If your item has a defect or a shipping error has occured, please email hello@modernburlap.com within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll help you from there.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated in real-time based on the weight of your order and your destination country. You’ll see the cost at checkout before you complete your order.


How long does First-Class International delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, but timing can vary depending on your country’s customs process. We cannot guarantee international delivery dates, and some delays may occur.


Will USPS track my international package?
Some First-Class International packages include limited tracking, but not all countries support full tracking. If you need guaranteed tracking to your door, we recommend choosing Priority International or Priority Express International at checkout.


Why do I have to pay duties/taxes on my international order?
Duties and taxes are collected by your country and are not included in your order total. These are your country’s version of sales tax, and they’re the responsibility of the customer.

We legally cannot mark items as gifts, so please be mindful of this before placing your order.
