Wrong address on a recent order?
Email us as soon as possible with ADDRESS ERROR + your order number in the subject line and the correct shipping address in your message.
We can only update the address if the order has not entered fulfillment or shipped. Changes are not guaranteed.

Send the product name or link and the detail you want to confirm. Choosing a gift? Include the occasion, budget, and date needed. For apparel, include the style and size you are considering.

Something arrived damaged, defective or incorrect?
Email hello@modernburlap.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue. Our team will review it and help make it right. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
