The Tees My Kids Lived In
My kids lived in these tees. They could move, play, and settle into a cuddle without fussing with their clothes. I loved that they looked dressed for the day and felt so comfortable.
The cotton has a lovely substance to it, and the boxy shape is sweet on babies and toddlers, boys and girls. These are the little pieces I want to keep and pass down.
A print that feels like them
Spots is simply fun. Mud Cloth is one of my favorite unisex choices. Stripes feels classic, and Swiss Cross is a simple graphic that can hold a little extra meaning for a family of faith. Arrows and Cactus bring their own hand-drawn character.
Hero Struck is our artistic take on superheroes. XO belongs in the everyday rotation, too. My boys wore it, and I especially love it in the spring.
Matching, mixing, and handing down
A tee with matching bloomers makes such a sweet baby outfit. As they grow, try pants or our little unisex shorts. You can keep the print together or pair it with a solid color. There is plenty of room to make it your own.
A tee and a coordinating bottom also make a lovely gift: something special to unwrap that can become part of their everyday wardrobe.
Little details I love
The tagless neckline keeps things comfortable, and the Modern Burlap “Made for Memories” appliqué sits on the back. It is a small finishing detail you might miss in a front-facing photo, but one I love seeing up close.
Some prints become part of the memory
One of my boys wore Ice Cream Love for his birthday, and it was so cute. We have also seen families take Modern Mouse along to Disney and Disneyland. I love that the same tee can be part of a big day and all the ordinary days after it.
