Using your swaddle
Supervise awake use and photographs. For sleep, place baby on their back on a firm, flat sleep surface. Stop swaddling at the first signs of trying to roll. Keep baby's face uncovered and loose blankets out of the sleep space. Leave room for hips and legs to move and avoid overheating. Read the American Academy of Pediatrics swaddling guidance.
