We pack orders every Tuesday, and packages leave our Texas studio Tuesday or Wednesday. Tracking is emailed when the order is fulfilled and a shipping label is created. The carrier’s first scan may appear later.

Expedited shipping changes the carrier service after dispatch. It does not change our Tuesday packing schedule unless the product page or checkout specifically says otherwise.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email hello@modernburlap.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos that show the issue. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
