The Freedom in Enough

There's always more you could be doing. More you could be learning. More you could be achieving. The world will never stop telling you that what you have is not enough, that who you are is not enough, that you need to keep reaching for more.

But what if you're already enough?

"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9, NIV)

I struggle with this. With the feeling that I should be doing more, being more, accomplishing more. But this verse keeps pulling me back to the truth that God's power is made perfect in my weakness. Not in my strength. Not in my ability to do it all. In the places where I am not enough, He is.

You don't have to be more than you are to be loved by God. You don't have to accomplish more to be worthy of His grace. You don't have to prove yourself by doing everything perfectly or by never needing help.

Enough is not about lowering your standards. It's about resting in the truth that God's grace covers what you cannot.

Where do you need to stop striving and start resting in God's enough today?
