The Freedom in Enough

There's always more you could be doing. More you could be learning. More you could be achieving. The world will never stop telling you that what you have is not enough, that who you are is not enough, that you need to keep reaching for more. But what if you're already enough? When the Answer Is Wait

You've been praying. You've been asking. You've been believing that God hears you and that He will answer. And still, nothing has changed. The door has not opened. The clarity has not come. I don't know if it's a relationship, a season, a calling, or...

Tending What You've Been Given

There's a difference between striving for more and tending what you already have. Striving looks outward, always reaching. Tending looks down, at what is already in your hands, and asks, "How do I care for this well?" I think God asks us to tend what He has given us. Not to do everything. Just to tend what is ours. "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much." (Luke 16:10, NIV) The life you have right now, the people in your home, the work in front of you, the ordinary rhythms of your days, this is...
